A streaming and digital manga platform where the interesting work was all pre-launch. Terraform provisioned every environment, multi-region analysis picked the topology, and load testing verified a sustained 20 TPS before the doors opened rather than discovering the ceiling in production. Encrypted video and reels sit behind CloudFront, with in-app purchase, Google Pay, and Apple Pay on the client.
