eKYC in Bashundhara Pocket · Knower · Ami Probashi SDK · Paperless

Problem
Each client needed a capability embedded into a production app they already owned, not a greenfield build.
Approach
Worked inside the host team’s release cycle with a clean SDK-to-host contract on each side, and set the architecture standard the rest of the company builds against.
Outcome
Qualitative
Integration work is a different discipline from greenfield building: you inherit someone else’s architecture, someone else’s release train, and someone else’s definition of done. I embedded in Bashundhara Group’s team to land an eKYC and liveness-detection SDK into their production app across native Kotlin and Swift.
What I did
- Embedded inside Bashundhara Group’s engineering team to integrate an eKYC and liveness-detection SDK into their production app across native Kotlin and Swift — a third-party integration into someone else’s release cycle, not a greenfield build.
- Built custom Maps campaign logic for Knower (Japanese influencer platform) and a native Android Resume Builder SDK for Ami Probashi with a clean SDK-to-host contract.
- Built Paperless payment-gateway service-to-service communication on Kafka across multiple services; guided the mobile team building its apps.
- Rolled out Clean Architecture, now used by 100% of company applications.
- Coordinated the Shell BD app suite and e-store (Flutter, Next.js), holding a proper review gate on the work before it shipped.
