Replaced manual threading with coroutine-based I/O, optimised the cache, led the Flutter migration, and set the team’s coding standards.

Consultancy work on a sales, stock, and accounts platform. The performance problem turned out to be manual thread management for I/O, so coroutines replaced it and the cache was rebuilt around that. Then the native-to-Flutter migration, iOS support, and a set of coding standards for the team to keep after I left.
